Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We typically are able to process and ship your order the next day depending on our current order volume.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Our current domestic shipping costs are a flat $5.95 for orders under $50. Orders $50 and above will receive FREE shipping via our chosen carrier. We use USPS to ship the majority of our packages but do reserve the right to use UPS or FedEx for larger orders. In the event we do need to use a carrier other than USPS and a PO Box has been provided, we will contact you to obtain your residential address.
Shipping to other international destinations will be based on order volume and can be seen in the checkout screen.
Please be aware that orders sent outside the U.S. may incur customs, tariff, and/or other charges as deemed by your local regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer, so please check on the regulations in your country before you buy.
If an order is refused, a refund for the merchandise minus the shipping charge and a 15% restock fee, will be issued when the merchandise is returned to our office.

I’ve used a lot of crimp beads in the past 15 years. These are by far the most professional looking once applied. I’m in love with the finished product.
That being said, the ones I have use (several trials on different wire/line/chain, two on a necklace) have been very difficult to close. I think that in the end, that’s a good thing. They definitely work with a variety of very fine wire and synthetic lines. The gold chain I used on the necklace is the smallest 14k standard link chain available, and they held well.
I hope I get the knack of closing the stopper more easily. Do watch the video on Youtube!
