Refund Policy

We have a 7 day return policy.  Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund.  Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Items must be returned to us in un-used condition and in original packaging or have not been cut from strand.  

Any item(s) returned to us after the 7 day return period or items returned to us not in NEW condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be shipped back at the expense of the buyer.  We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restock fee for large returns.

A refund to your original purchase method will be processed once items have been checked in and inspected.  Items returned that were purchased with a gift card will be given a shop credit for future purchase.  No cash refund will be given.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. An email must be sent to us at showing the damage so we can determine the best course of action.  If you purchased an item that will not work for your design, you will be responsible for return postage costs.  A refund will be provided and then you will be able to purchase a new item of your choice if needed.  We do not do "direct exchanges" when there was no error on our part as there are postage costs attributed to shipping the new item(s).

You will be responsible for return shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an item that brings the original order below our free shipping threshold, there may be a deduction for that cost as well.
