Refund Policy

Returns
We have a 7 day return policy.  Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund.  Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.  We also do not take returns on cut chain.  Please refer to this link for return requests:

Items must be returned to us in un-used condition and in original packaging or have not been cut from strand.

ALL items must be shipped back in a bubble mailer or other protective box at PACKAGE rate.  Items shipped back in regular stamped envelopes will NOT be accepted.  Regular first class stamped mail goes through automated machines at the postal sorting facilities which causes potential of breakage.  Any items not shipped back in our requested manner will be marked return to sender.  Thank you for your understanding.

Any item(s) returned to us after the 7 day return period will receive store credit only.  Items returned to us after 30 days or items returned to us not in NEW condition will not be eligible for a refund and can be shipped back at the expense of the buyer.  There is a 15% restock fee all returns which covers our time and labor to process refunds and restocking of inventory.

Refunds
A refund to your original purchase method will be processed once items have been checked in and inspected.  Items returned that were purchased with a gift card will be given a shop credit for future purchase.  No cash refund will be given.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. An email must be sent to us at info@gr8beads.com showing the damage so we can determine the best course of action.  If you purchased an item that will not work for your design, you will be responsible for return postage costs.  A refund will be provided and then you will be able to purchase a new item of your choice if needed.  We do not do "direct exchanges" when there was no error on our part as there are postage costs attributed to shipping the new item(s).

You will be responsible for return shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an item that brings the original order below our free shipping threshold, there may be a deduction for that cost as well.
