NOTE: All subscription boxes ship together near the end of each month. Sign ups prior to the 15th of the month will get the upcoming box. Signups after the 15th of the month will receive their first box the following month. For example, signing up on October 16th will start your subscription with the December box.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We typically are able to process and ship your order the next day depending on our current order volume.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Our current domestic shipping costs are a flat $5.95 for orders under $35. Orders $35 and above will receive FREE shipping via our chosen carrier. We use USPS to ship the majority of our packages but do reserve the right to use UPS or FedEx for larger orders. In the event we do need to use a carrier other than USPS and a PO Box has been provided, we will contact you to obtain your residential address.
Shipping to other international destinations will be based on order volume and can be seen in the checkout screen.
Please be aware that orders sent outside the U.S. may incur customs, tariff, and/or other charges as deemed by your local regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer, so please check on the regulations in your country before you buy.
If an order is refused, a refund for the merchandise minus the shipping charge and a 15% restock fee, will be issued when the merchandise is returned to our office.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will be provided tracking information for your package one we have processed and prepared your label for shipping.
