All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We typically are able to process and ship your order the next day depending on our current order volume.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Our current domestic shipping costs are a flat $5.95 for orders under $50. Orders $50 and above will receive FREE shipping via our chosen carrier. We use USPS to ship the majority of our packages but do reserve the right to use UPS or FedEx for larger orders. In the event we do need to use a carrier other than USPS and a PO Box has been provided, we will contact you to obtain your residential address.
Shipping to other international destinations will be based on order volume and can be seen in the checkout screen.
Please be aware that orders sent outside the U.S. may incur customs, tariff, and/or other charges as deemed by your local regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer, so please check on the regulations in your country before you buy.
If an order is refused, a refund for the merchandise minus the shipping charge and a 15% restock fee, will be issued when the merchandise is returned to our office.

The 8mm Pink Opaline Travertine Table Cut Round Beads are more beautiful in person than from the pictures. Haven't had a chance to use them but they will be used for earrings.
I loved all of my order but I especially loved the smoky crystal crackle barrel beads. I’m obsessed with that color! A nice long strand! And the milky Crystal Opaline melon drops..love! Funny story-my package took a trip around the country. At one point my package was in Pennsylvania!

These beads are soo pretty. Dark and Moody, but I have the perfect component for bracelets and I have sold three of them so far. I didn't even think about the components when I was buying, it was only after I get the beads I realized how spectacular they would look together. I have only been using them for a couple weeks so not sure how they hold up long term but happy with them so far. They definitely are easier than traditional crimp tubes/covers so this is definitely my preferred method. I do wish they came in a couple other metal options like bronze or antique gold
