Shopping Cart:
We have a very nice shopping cart for our customers. It will automatically calculate everything for you. It is important that you use the shopping cart, even if you are going to send a check or call in your payment info. It will eliminate errors in item #'s and quantities.
Return Policy:
We love our beading customers, therefore our number one priority is to make sure that you are fully satisfied with the merchandise you purchased. If for any reason you decide not to keep one or all your items, you must email us and let us know that you would like to exchange or return your items for a refund within 5 days of purchasing the merchandise. The item(s) must be unused, in new shape and be sent back in protective packaging to our store location.
