Effective May 3, 2010:
We are in our close-out period on our website and will no longer take returns or exchanges. I apologize for any inconvenience but due to the fact that we are selling our inventory below our cost, it is not cost effective.
Return Policy:
We love our beading customers, therefore our number one priority is to make sure that you are fully satisfied with the merchandise you purchased. If for any reason you decide not to keep one or all your items, you must email us and let us know that you would like to exchange or return your items for a refund within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. The item(s) must be unused, in new shape and be sent back in protective packaging to our store location. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
