How many beads will I get? TOP
Each strand/package is different. The number of beads you will get is listed at the very beginning of the description in between the asterisks, right before the size of the beads
How much is shipping? TOP
The rate we charge for shipping covers, postage, packaging materials, and handling, and insurance for international packages.
You can click on the "checkout now" button at any point while you are ordering to view the shipping total.
How long will it take to get my items? TOP
As of March 2011, we are shipping only on Mondays. Orders placed Sunday evening through the following Sunday will be shipped out the next Monday.
What payment types do you take? TOP

What is your return policy? TOP
We do accept returns but ask that you not abuse the privilege. It is time consuming to process returns and refunds, so please keep this in mind. If you do need to return an item, please refer to our Site Policies page for instructions. |
