All items will be listed on the USPS Customs form as "Beads/Craft Supplies ." The declared value will be calculated as the purchase price of the beads, less discounts. We do not include the amount paid for shipping as part of the declared value amount. 

NOTE:  Many countries charge duties or taxes on the import of international merchandise. You as the buyer will be responsible for any duties and/or customs charges that may be charged by your respective customs agency.

We will provide you with a USPS customs barcode number once the shipping labels has been printed.  This is not a tracking number but rather a delivery confirmation number. If you would prefer to have an actual tracking number, please contact us and we are happy to send via registered mail (with an additional fee) so we may provide you with a tracking #.  Please contact us also if you desire insurance as missing packages (as few and far inbetween as they may be) are not our responsibility.


Shipping Time: 

All orders ship immediately after payment has cleared...usually the same day if payment is received before 3:00 PM.


Return / Refund Policy:

If for any reason you decide not to keep one of your items, simply email us and let us know that you would like to exchange or return your items for a refund within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. After 10 days, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.  The item(s) must be unused, in the original condition they were received in, and be sent back in protective packaging to our store location. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  If you received free shipping, and the return changes the order to less than our free order purchase amount of $25, a $3.95 fee will be deducted from the return amount to cover the shipping.

If there are items missing from your package, you must notify us within 5 days (I know 5 days seems short, but it makes for much better record keeping and inventory control on our part if we know right away) of receipt of your package. We will either issue a refund (pro-rated for quantity shortage) or send the items that was missing if it is still in stock. We are only human and we try to avoid any errors in pulling your order, but from time to time we may miss something. Please just let us know by sending an email and we will respond back to let you know to expect a refund or another package.
